Create your own workouts, by selecting a number of sets or as many reps sets as possible for a fixed time. You can set exercises by number of reps, time or distance too. FitHIT comes with 5 built-in workouts: Fight Gone Bad, Cindy, Filthy 50, Fran and Helen.
FitHIT logs all your workout activity, with both high level and detailed workout logs available.
FitHIT can notify you about your next exercise by vibration, sound alerts or even by voice instruction. The choice is yours.
